A contribution intended for publication should be addressed in duplicata for hard copies or by email for electronic version to
one of the Editors or to the Chief Editor:

The author should keep the original copy. Manuscripts submitted in electronic form (latex) are greatly appreciated.
The reception date
published with an accepted paper is the date the paper is received by the Chief Editor.
Postal addresses (and e-mail addresses if available) will be printed on the submitted manuscripts.
The title and author names should appear on the first page. Also include a reasonably brief and self-contained abstract.
